LONELY AVE

ARTIST: ALEX LAMBERT
Director: Jake Ryan Hull
PRODUCER: Dillon Anderson

To bring Lonely Avenue to life, we created 9 unique visualizers and music videos—one for every track on Alex Lambert’s debut album. Shot across 12+ locations in just five days, each video carries its own identity, from sunset walks down Broadway to overhead crane shots of hundreds of empty wine glasses. It was a sprint of creativity, and two standouts show just how varied the ideas were:

Take Me: Shot as a true one-take, Take Me captures the raw power of Alex’s performance from start to finish. The video opens with live audio of Alex walking into an art studio and sitting at a grand piano. As he begins to play, the camera slowly dollies in—then, with the first chorus, quickly pulls back to reveal a full band that’s appeared in the same space. The reveal was pulled off live, with crew rolling in drum kits and amps mid-shot, timed down to the second. Soft overhead lighting helped mask the transition while spotlighting Alex’s emotional delivery. It’s a minimalist concept with maximum impact—and a masterclass in quiet complexity.

Ride: Alex Lambert’s team brought us in to create visuals for all nine tracks on his debut album Lonely Avenue—shot over just four days, each with its own look and feel. For Ride, a breezy soul-pop standout, we leaned into the windows-down, summer-evening vibe with a simple narrative: Alex picks up a girl for a date and they cruise through town in a vintage Cadillac. Shot handheld from within the car on the streets of Nashville, the production used a follow car and wireless director’s monitor, allowing real-time tweaks via radio. A smooth, low-lift setup that captured exactly what the song feels like.

Every video from the series brought a new tone, texture, and visual concept to the table—and together, they built a complete cinematic world for Alex’s debut.
